These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines for using our website, purchasing products, booking services, and enrolling in our music school.

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services We provide:

Sales of musical instruments and accessories.
Music lessons for various instruments and ages.
Hire of band practice rooms.

2. Payments & Bookings

All services and products require payment as agreed, usually in advance.
Specific cancellation policies apply to lessons and practice room bookings, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Missed lessons or bookings without sufficient notice may be charged in full.

3. Product Sales

Pricing: All prices are in GBP and are subject to change.
Returns:
- Faulty Goods: You have statutory rights for faulty goods (repair, replacement, or refund).
- Unwanted Online Purchases: For items bought online, you generally have 14 days to return them if unwanted and in resalable condition.
- Unwanted In-Store Purchases: For items bought in-store, we are not legally obliged to accept returns for unwanted items, but may offer an exchange or credit at our discretion.

4. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully.
All content on our website (text, images, etc.) is our intellectual property.

5. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when purchasing or enrolling.
You are responsible for your conduct while on our premises, including during lessons or practice room hire. Damage to our property or equipment may incur charges.
For students under 18, parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring attendance and conduct, and for pick-up/drop-off.

6. Limitation of Our Liability We are not liable for any indirect losses or damages arising from your use of our Service, except where prohibited by law (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.

9. Upfront Payment & Cancellation Policy. All lessons must be paid for 1 week in advance to guarantee the time slot. Any cancellations must be declared with 1 week’s notice to avoid being charged.

10. Tutor Absence & Sub Tutors. Should a tutor be unable to teach we will inform you as soon as possible and any lessons paid for will be carried forward to the following week. Though we endeavour for consistency we cannot guarantee the same tutor every week and may need to call in sub tutors without forewarning.
